ACIFA ANNUAL SPRING CONFERENCE 2019
The Annual ACIFA Spring Conference 2019
will be hosted by Red Deer College and will be held at Chateau Lake Louise
Room Rate Information:
Please note that the rooms available are the following: Fairmont, Fairmont Mountainview, Fairmont Lakeview, and Deluxe Mountainview categories. Delegates need to reserve rooms directly with the hotel. Be sure to mention 'ACIFA' to qualify for the noted group rates. Please let the hotel know as soon as possible which room category you prefer to reserve. If your preferred room type is not available at time of request, the next available room type will be offered at the shown rates.
ADDITIONAL ROOM OCCUPANTS: Each extra adult sharing a room, over and above double occupancy, will be charged an additional $30.00 CAD, plus applicable taxes and service charges, per night. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents. Maximum occupancy ranges between two persons and four persons per room, depending on room category.
RESERVATIONS DUE DATE: Room reservations must be made by March 28, 2019 to qualify for your group rate. After this reservation due date, rooms at the group rates might not be available anymore.
