*Please note that there is an additional $12.00 per person per day SERVICE CHARGE, plus tax, which is a JPL daily charge to cover porterage, housekeeping and conference services.

**Note: 45 days prior to the conference all attendees with reservations will be charged a non-refundable deposit of their first night room and fees plus tax. (Please see charges below.)

Attendees may cancel their reservations without penalty prior to April 16. On April 16 the deposit will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.

The reservation deadline remains May 2, any reservations made after April 16 will have the deposit charged at the time the reservation is made.
